This live webinar is a popular option for employers who want to educate and empower their staff in understanding stress and how to self-care. It allows people to reflect upon stress in their life and the challenges they are facing. It helps them recognise how stress affects them and equips them with tools to help them minimise the negative impact of stress on their life and on their health. Duration one hour, including some time for questions, but I will be available for a further 30 mins if people want to stay and ask further questions.

Priced according to numbers of attendees:-

Up to and including 20: £295

21 to 60: £500 (reduced rates are potentially available for charities and for NHS or educational establishments)

>60: bespoke pricing according to numbers

One to ones

Virtual One-to-One Consultations

These hour long virtual sessions provide more focused support for individuals who need this. They can be arranged by individuals themselves or through employers wanting to provide a block of sessions for particular staff members needing professional input.

£60/hour for individuals paying for themselves. Bespoke pricing for public bodies or businesses paying for employee sessions.

Travel costs would be additional if more than 40 miles from Edinburgh.

Option 1: ‘A Proactive Approach to Stress: An Overview’. A two hour workshop designed to give the attendee an overview of stress; its causes, its effects and measures that can be taken to reduce the negative impact of stress on their lives. It is priced at £495 for groups of 6-12 people. However if, at the time of booking, numbers are specified at the lower end of that range, a rate of £49 per person will apply (see T&Cs).

Option 2: A more comprehensive half day workshop, based on the overview but looking at various aspects of stress in more detail, such as time management, self-esteem and coping behaviours. It is priced at £650 for groups of 6-12 people. However if, at the time of booking, numbers are specified at the lower end of that range, a rate of £75 per person will apply (see T&Cs).

Option 3: Provides clients with the opportunity to request bespoke workshops tailored to a particular need which can be discussed and priced accordingly.

An example would be a one off live webinar plus a block of 12 one-to-one sessions to be distributed to staff, according to need, over a 6 month period.  Packages would be priced accordingly.
